Unlike some firms, we want to be able to offer as many permanent posts as possible at the end of the training period. As a result, we restrict the number of trainees we take on, offering places only to those of the very highest calibre.

We have no stereotype in mind when recruiting trainees. We value and encourage different types of people because we believe this leads to innovation and strength. However there are some initial core requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
