Funding
We will assess every professional negligence case at an early stage for a fixed fee to consider whether it is appropriate for us to take on your case on a conditional fee basis, more commonly known as a ‘no win no fee agreement’. This means that should we be unsuccessful with your claim, you do not have to pay our fee. It is only in successful cases when you are responsible for covering our legal costs. However, these are more often than not recovered from the opposing party or their insurers.
The funding options are different on every case, and we address this with you before you have incurred any cost. We understand that a Claimant in a professional negligence case has already suffered a loss, and significant legal costs will only add to that burden.
